Pregnancy is a sacred and special time. While the days can seem long, this time of transition for your little one to join you is unique and will only happen once.

Strengthen inner grounding and trust while building a beautiful foundation for the relationship between you and your little one. Each recording is designed to enfold a blanket of support around you throughout the pregnancy. These unique practices weave together knowledge from Qigong energy principles, 5 Element healing, neuroscience, building healthy secure attachments, and self-nurturing.

Meditations were recorded in nature as the field for Ancient New Direction was held, and the intention of the greatest and highest good for those who would be listening to them was set. The recordings have been created to follow the weeks of pregnancy, yet can be beneficial at any time.
