Each of these recordings are made to intentionally support you during pregnancy in creating a fulfilling, spiritual, loving relationship with yourself and your baby as you grow together! Set aside some nurturing time during the day, or listen as you fall asleep at night. Enjoy!

Week 18

Active awareness

This practice brings awareness to your current experience – both what it is like around you, and your internal experience is. We use two approaches of mindfulness such as taught by Marsha Linehan, practicing mindfulness without judgement or expectation. And a practice adapted from Pema Chodron of being part of a much larger whole as you send loving kindness to yourself and pregnant women around the world.

Week 19

Gift of sharing

As we record in the sounds of a breeze and children playing in the distance, you are guided in honoring your own pregnancy experience and letting go of any messages that it should be anything different than it is. We will also hold ‘What is your baby’s experience like?’ and connect inward as you share thoughts with your baby.

Week 20

Energy Wash

This practice incorporates energy practices based on techniques learned through The Center Place from Damaris Jarboux.

In this guided practice we will be gathering energy and sending this nurturing light and love to yourself and your baby.

Week 21

Mindfulness through the senses

This practice teaches a helpful mindfulness skill of noticing your experience in this moment. During this practice we will bring our attention to the senses of touch, hearing, taste, smell, and sight. Use this practice to take a break from stress you are experiencing or worry thoughts that just won’t stop.

*This practice incorporates mindfulness practices based on skills from Marsha Linehan’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Week 22

Loving interactions

At this time of your pregnancy your baby is able to start detecting light. Interact with your baby and strengthen your relationship together through this fun activity. This guided practice teaches ways to support your baby through your relationship together, building a foundation of trust.
