5-Element Support

Energy-body healing and balancing. 1:1 session to support you on multiple energetic-mind-body-spirit levels. The treatment is based on Qigong 5-element principles bringing a holistic perspective of support. 

Sessions hold space for your innate balance and grounding to come forward, energy you may be carrying that is not yours is cleared, and twists and stagnation are provided open channels. People have said the treatment has similarities to a Reiki session.

What to expect

At your first session, we spend some time at the start with questions to gather a general understanding of your current and/or history of overall wellness. 

Each subsequent session includes a briefer check-in at the start of the treatment session for any updates in life in general.

During the treatment itself you will lie, fully clothed, on a massage table. While there is some touch involved, most of the treatment is ‘off the body.’ You get to rest and provide space for your unique treatment experience. Each treatment is unique, yet often people describe feeling a sense of resting and calm.

Following the treatment we will check-in again where you can ask questions and will receive information about the treatment received. Any personal practices that could be supportive between sessions are shared.

While it is not required to have multiple sessions, many find this is most effective as they are working through something in life, looking for additional support, or seeking a ‘tune-up.’
